Please fill the details in your mail only after making the Payments.
Amount deposited in: Bank(SBI) or throughPaypal
Amount Deposited by:Cheque / Cash / MoneyOrder/ Paypal
If Cheque then Mention Cheque Number and branch in which you have deposited the same.
If Cash then Simply Mention us the branch in which you deposited Cash
If via Payapl then just mention the email ID through which you Paid the Fee.
Date of Payment: Mention the Date of which you made the payment.
Address: Mention your postal address
